Jon's fundamental approach to Pilates is based on its principle benefits helping you create leaner-looking muscle tone, improve posture and balance, and counter the strains put on your body by daily living.
Jon is a competitive long-distance runner and tri-athlete, scuba diver, and surfer. During his twenty-year career in the U.S. Navy, he had the opportunity to train with the Navy SEALS and the U.S. Marine Corps, and he directed fitness programs at the U.S. Naval Academy and ROTC Units. He is a Certified Pilates Instructor, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Master Instructor of BOSU Integrated Balance Training, a Certified Re-Action Cycling Instructor, and a functional and cross-training expert.
